Shipping rates are based on product weight and shipping destination. Packages delivered with the “free shipping rate” option are delivered by USPS Standard Post.
All orders placed by 1:30pm EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.
Domestic USPS First-Class and Standard-Post mail typically takes 2–8 business days for delivery. For expedited shipping methods such as USPS Priority Mail 2–3 day or USPS Express Mail overnight, please note that we require one additional business day to process your order. APO military orders may experience shipping delays due to inbound and outbound processing.
International orders typically take 3–5 weeks for delivery and may experience shipping delays due to inbound and outbound processing. International customers will receive a customs number via e-mail. You can use this number to track your package.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Free shipping rules are very simple. If your order is $35 or more, and you are ordering from Unites States, you will qualify for free shipping. Orders from Canada $49 or more will also qualify for free shipping.
We do not ship products on the following US holidays. Plan your orders accordingly to maximize your holiday pleasure!
During the checkout process, Yezi Tea Company, Inc., automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are shipped in New York State. Tea itself is exempt from New York State sales tax. For orders shipped to other states or countries, customers are solely responsible for all taxes or duties required by their local and national governments.
It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad world! Every country has its own unique set of customs-and-duties regulations. Some countries may charge import duties or other random fees. You, dear tea customer, will be solely responsible for these customs and duties. When we ship international orders, we value your order shipment at the exact amount you paid during checkout.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with products purchased from Yezi, please e-mail us about your concerns. If you're not happy, we're not happy, so we'll do whatever it takes to make it better! We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery of your products. We cannot take back teas that have been opened, but rest assured, we’ll do our best to make you happy and satisfied. All other non-perishable items, such as tea-ware, that have been opened will incur a 30% restocking fee. All returns will be refunded with store credit.
Yezi is a cottage-industry company. Every item is locally sourced and inspected by a human with great care before it is shipped. That said, there is always room for error. If you have received an incorrect tea, please drop us an e-mail. Don't forget to include your order number. We’ll do whatever it takes to get it right!

Yezi Tea Company, Inc., is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped from our facility. We ship orders to the exact shipping address given to us during the checkout process, and we are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided to us.
